Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of chauffeur services provided by SBPS London (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.⁠ ⁠Definitions
  • “Client” refers to any individual or entity booking or using our services.
  • “Service” refers to chauffeur transportation and related offerings provided by the Company.
  • “Vehicle” refers to any car or fleet vehicle used to perform the Service.
2.⁠ ⁠Bookings
  • All bookings must be made through our official booking channels.
  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation notice from us.
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate.
3.⁠ ⁠Pricing and Payment
  • Prices are provided at the time of booking and may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and special requests.
  • Additional charges may apply for:
  • Extra stops
  • Waiting time
  • Cleaning fees (in cases of spills, stains, or damages)
  • Tolls, parking, or road fees
  • Payment must be made in full before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
4.⁠ ⁠Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations must be submitted through our designated channels.
  • Cancellation fees may apply based on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
  • More than 24 hours: No charge
  • Less than 24 hours: Up to 50% of booking fee
  • No-show: Full fare charged
  • •Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
 5.⁠ ⁠Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
  • Behave respectfully towards drivers and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle.
  • Wear seatbelts at all times as required by law.
  • Not smoke, vape, or consume illegal substances in the vehicle.
  • Not engage in any activity that may distract or endanger the driver.
6.⁠ ⁠Company Responsibilities
We agree to:
  • Provide licensed, professional chauffeurs.
  • Maintain vehicles in safe and clean working condition.
  • Arrive at the scheduled pickup time, barring circumstances beyond our control.
7.⁠ ⁠Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by:
  • Traffic
  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Accidents
  • Events beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to meet service commitments but cannot guarantee punctuality.
8.⁠ ⁠Liability
  • The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  • Our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount paid for that specific booking.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9.⁠ ⁠Safety and Conduct
  • Drivers reserve the right to terminate the Service if a Client behaves in a threatening, abusive, or unsafe manner.
  • No refunds will be issued if the Service is terminated due to Client misconduct.

10.⁠ ⁠Vehicle Damage
The Client is responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle, including cleaning fees for spills, vomiting, or staining.

11.⁠ ⁠Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our Clients and will not share personal or trip information except as required by law or necessary to perform the Service.

12.⁠ ⁠Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
